RETURN POLICY

1. Refund requests must be made to a Bryan’s Green Care store (575-393-2254) within 14 days of delivery date and in a broken condition.

2. Any items that did not arrive broken will not be accepted for a return/refund.

3. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Bryan’s Green Care warehouse.

4. Returns should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Bryan’s Green Care is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

5. A copy of your credit card purchase receipt and a copy of the original Bryan’s Green Care invoice may be requested prior to return authorization.

6. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.

7. Bryan’s Green Care will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
